Mother Earth Wellness offers traditional yoga classes and meditation for all skill levels - whether you are looking to begin practice for the first time or looking to continue and deepen your practice. This is a safe, nonjudgmental studio that is open for those looking for a smaller setting with more individualized instruction.
Also offering Ayurvedic consultations for those looking to live a more natural, healthier lifestyle. Begin with finding out your Prakriti (Body Composition) then developing a plan individualized for you including diet, lifestyle and movement recommendations.

Besides our regular schedule, we also will be offering monthly online and in-person workshops/events.
With an emphasis on breathing techniques and meditation, we promote thoughtful and reflexive yoga to promote both physical and mental well-being. Ayurveda teaches that we must find a balance of mind, body, and spirit to live a long and healthy life.
