Analysis to determine your prakriti, or body constitution. Initial analysis takes approximately one and a half to two hours. Initial analysis package includes an in-person interview, pulse analysis and tongue analysis; development of individualized plan, and one follow-up session to be held within 4-6 weeks of initial consultation.

Please note that if booking an online consultation instead that the tongue and pulse analysis will not be done.

Introductory Offer - $108/package. Must be paid in advance.

After the initial Prakriti Analysis has been completed and you have received your diet, daily lifestyle, and herbs plan, and the first follow-up appointment, additional follow-up appointments can be scheduled to monitor and adjust the plan as needed.

Additional Follow-Up Appointments - $35/half hour

Various workshops including Reiki, Mantras & Mudras, as well as Chanting are in the works.

Morning and evening sessions being offered focusing on pranayama and mindfulness. Space is limited so please pre-register in the class section. Love donation based session.

Various workshops and webinars being offered monthly. Some will be in person, hands-on learning. Pre-registration is required due to limited space.
